More downtime
Parts of the PSN are undergoing maintenance (again) so the app will report “site down” or a similar message until it is back up and running.

The PSN will be down today at around 4pm for approximately an hour and a half. During this time you can still use the app but you will not be able to see whether or not people are online.
The updates are coming thick and fast these days
This is just to fix the bug where all friends appear to have 258 trophies in total.
The latest update is available now
Just a couple of small changes
-Compatibility for older OS versions
-Fixed a crash
-Improved readability of text
Apple has approved the update so it should be live in the next hour or two
As always if you have any problems at all or any bugs please feel free to email me.
UPDATE: Please note that you must have upgraded your iPhone/iPod Touch firmware to 3.1.3. If this is a problem for people please let me know and I’ll see what I can do…
After a busy couple of weeks where I’ve had no chance to do any iPhone programming I’ve managed to finish the update tonight
There’s been a lot of changes to the back ground code and the user interface but here’s a few of the more visible new features…
Customization: The background colours of the friends list are now user configurable:
Compare: You can now quickly visualize which of your friends are playing a game and how far through the trophies each of you are:
Compare: You can now get an overview of what games friends are playing that you don’t own, just like on your PS3:
Compare: You can do a full, detailed compare of the trophies you’ve gained on each game against any of your friends:
I’m planning to submit it to Apple tomorrow afternoon when I’ve had chance to do a final bit of testing
Thanks for all your patience, hopefully you won’t have too much longer to wait!
